We recycle 98% of ALL salon waste. We have a small $5 ticket charge that gets added to each ticket.  This covers all recycling and responsible handling of all PPE that is required by the state.

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to canceling/rescheduling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better space for you. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go for appointments less than 2 hours / or 48 hours for appointments longer than 2 hours, we will have to charge an inconvenience fee. This fee - depending on the experience canceled - will be anywhere from $25 to $50.  This fee gets paid directly to the artist who had the time reserved for you.
